Maxine Platform is a one-person project.

Solo indie builder based in Sweden. This platform is the result of deciding to stop pitching to investors and just build the thing. Everything here runs from a single workstation in my apartment: one RTX 5060 Ti, 48 GB of RAM, and an absurd amount of coffee.

What this is

The platform is a network of 12 AI agents and 13 autonomous factories that produce real products — apps, videos, books, designs. The agents coordinate work between themselves; the factories produce output; I ship.

Why local-first

Every final product — videos, images, books — is generated by open-source models running on my hardware. Cloud APIs are used only for orchestration. This is non-negotiable: the IP belongs to me, not to a third-party's terms of service.

Why solo

Because the coordination overhead of teams, funding, investors, advisors, and consultants is approximately the same size as the actual work. One person with good tools can ship faster than a company that has to hold a standup about it.

Why public

Because the story is the product. A solo indie in Sweden running an autonomous AI platform is either a crazy idea or a useful template for other builders — either way, worth documenting.
