Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing maxineplatform.com or using any Maxine Platform product (including the Maxine Platform workspace, Free and Plus), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or products.

2. The operator

Maxine Platform is operated as a sole proprietorship based in Sweden. Contact: contact@maxineplatform.com.

3. Use of the app and site

  • Use is at your own risk.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell our products except as permitted by applicable law.
  • You may not use our products for unlawful purposes, or in a way that interferes with other users or our infrastructure.

4. Reminder tool disclaimer

The Maxine Platform workspace includes reminder and check-in features only. They do not verify that any task is actually completed. We are not responsible for missed confirmations caused by device failure, power loss, OS-level restrictions, or user configuration.

5. Plus purchases

Plus is a separate paid Android edition offered as a one-time purchase (36 SEK) via Google Play. There is no subscription and no recurring billing. Payment and refund handling are governed by Google Play's own terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, and the compiled applications, are the property of Maxine Platform unless otherwise stated. Third-party libraries are used under their respective licences.

7. Warranty disclaimer

The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maxine Platform and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the site or products.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised effective date.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the courts of Sweden.
